Terms and Conditions


All regular orders can be placed online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will receive an email confirmation for your order. Please be aware that the confirmation email you are supposed to receive may be interpreted as SPAM by your email program or email provider. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check the "junk" mail box. If you still cannot find a copy of your order, you may contact us at customerservice@racproducts.com and request that a copy of your order be sent to you. Doing this should allow you to receive the order confirmation without triggering your anti-spam filters for your email or provider. Orders place on Fridays or Saturdays will not be processed until the next business day.

Minimum Order Charge:

Our minimum charge per invoice is $15.00 NET exclusive of prepaid transportation costs.


Payments terms for online orders are by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or Prepaid only. We accept personal checks as well as cashier's checks and money orders. If paying by check or money order, your order will not ship until after the receipt of your payment. If paying by credit card, your credit card will be billed once your order has been submitted. You will see a charge on your statement from RAC Products.com. If paying by check or money order, your order will not ship until we receive payment, including shipping costs.


If all items are in stock, your order will usually ship within 1 business day. Orders for customized products and out of stock items will usually ship within 3 to 7 business days. Items that are out of stock from our suppliers may be back-ordered in which you will be notified via email. You will only be charged for shipped items. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Prices charged are current date of shipment. All prices are subject to change without notice. RAC Products.com is not responsible for products lost or stolen during transit. Contact the shipping carrier for these claims.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Disclaimer:

The shipping of some products we sell may be hazardous if not properly handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and shipping industry guidelines. We assume no liability for forwarding or other transportation of our products beyond our point of delivery. Any shipping of our products beyond our point of delivery is solely your responsibility and you should take appropriate measures to ensure that any such shipments are made by qualified carriers in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and shipping industry guidelines. You agree to indemnify us from and against any liabilities or expenses resulting from your forwarding of our products beyond our point of delivery.

Merchandise Damaged In Transit:

Check shipments immediately upon receipt. Note any damage when signing for your shipment. Claims are not paid unless noted on delivery receipt. Do not return goods damaged in transit to us. Do not destroy packing materials. Notify the transportation company, UPS, Post Office, or Motor Carrier, immediately. They will pick up the merchandise and packing materials for inspection & settlement of your claim. RAC Products.com can assist you when filing damage or loss claims with carriers, but cannot become directly involved in the claims process. Our liability for damage in transit ceases when the carrier receives the shipment from us.


Check shipments upon receipt. Report errors within 7 days. Obtain a damage or shortage notation on the carriers receipt.

International / Export Customers:

Orders destined for outside the continental United States may require additional time and information to process. Prices may vary on some items. A handling charge will be assessed to cover export documents. The minimum order for Non-NAFTA international / export orders is $1,000. Commodities, technology or software are being shipped to you in accordance with the export administration regulations. DIVERSION CONTRARY TO U.S. LAW IS PROHIBITED. It is required by law that you tell us what the ultimate destination and use of each shipment is.


Any cancellation is subject to our approval. A restock charge may apply to specials, non stock, or production items if cancelled.


Kindly advise us if our handling of your order is not satisfactory so we may make every effort to improve our services.

Defective Material:

Our liability is limited to the value of the defective material. Claims for damages or expenses resulting from the use of any product furnished by or through us are not allowable. Freight charges are not covered under warranty policies.

Return Policy:

RAC Products.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Customers desiring to return merchandise must do so within 30 days. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply. A Return Goods Authorization number is required on all returns. Please email us at customerservice@racproducts.com to receive your RGA number. RAC Products.com and its vendors shall be responsible for defective merchandise. If a product is defective, we will exchange the product, or, if we are unable to offer an exchange, we will refund your money; including any shipping charges. Certain items may not be returned if they have been installed incorrectly and it shall be up to the sole discretion of RAC Products.com. Electrical components of any kind cannot be returned if they have been installed and energized unless RAC Products can verify that the electrical item in question was defective from the beginning.

Returning Goods:

If for any reason a return is necessary, please advise us of the reason for the return. You must obtain an authorized RGA; (Return Goods Authorization), number before returning your merchandise as to properly track the item. Return via UPS or Parcel Post insured. Please contact us if the item is too large and needs to be returned via freight line. A restocking charge may be billed if a vendor imposes a restock fee, your order has been filled correctly or is returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns should be insured for your protection. Used merchandise may be repaired and returned at the vendor's discretion instead of replaced or credited. NOTE: Equipment must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated prior to return - OSHA Regulations! MSDS and Decontamination Statements are required. Contact us before returning any unit.

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email: customerservice@racproducts.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RGA number.

2. Mail your returned item to: Rent-A-Car Products Returns Department; RGA # 85 West Combs Road, Suite 101 #436, San Tan Valley AZ 85140

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Once we have your returned item we will promply refund all money back to the credit card or other payment method that was used during the initial transaction. If credit card is no longer valid, we will issue a refund check and mail to the address that was provided during check out.

Sales Tax:

Currently, sales tax will apply to all orders shipping within the state of Arizona. No sales tax on Arizona orders will be charged if we have a current resale tax certificate on file for your business.


All prices are subject to change without notice. RAC Products will not honor pricing or purchases made through backdoor, hacked, or cached pages.

Technical Assistance:

Any technical assistance provided to the Buyer by RAC Products.com with respect to the use of equipment or supplies furnished to the Buyer shall be without charge in most cases unless Buyer has a paid membership for Premium Technical Support. In the event of free advice to a non membership Buyer, RAC Products.com assumes no obligation or liability for any such advice, or for any results that may occur as a result of such advice. The Buyer shall have sole responsibility for selection and specifications of the equipment & supplies appropriate for the end use of such equipment and supplies.

Use of this Website:

This site and all of its Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce, except as noted above, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents of this Site.
